Nicholas Stavros represents clients throughout Illinois in divorce, paternity, custody, child support and various other family law matters as well as criminal law and personal injury cases. Mr. Stavros also has significant experience in interstate and international child custody and child support cases, including matters arising under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Mr. Stavros served as the Village Prosecutor for the Village of Wheeling where he developed an intimate familiarity with local ordinances, all traffic related offenses including DUI, suspended or revoked license, insurance violations, and traffic accidents involving personal injury. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Northern Illinois University in 2006, Mr. Stavros earned his Juris Doctor from the Northern Illinois School of Law School in 2009 and was admitted to practice in Illinois that same year.
