T. Justin Stavros joined the Stavros Law Offices in 2013 after spending nearly 6 years as an Assistant State's Attorney for Lake County, Illinois. Rising through the ranks at the State's Attorney's Office, Justin served as a member of the Traffic & DUI units, the Misdemeanor, Domestic Violence and Juvenile Trial Divisions. During his tenure at the Lake County State's Attorney's Office, Justin has successfully tried countless Misdemeanor and Felony Jury Trials, Bench Trials, Motions to Quash Arrest and Suppress Evidence, and Statutory Summary Suspension hearings. Justin is an experienced litigator who uses the skill and insight he acquired working as a state prosecutor to vigorously defend and advocate for his clients in court.

In addition to representing clients involved in personal injury and criminal matters, Justin represents several Illinois businesses including restaurants, apartment complexes, investment and property management firms. As general counsel, Justin represents the legal interests of the business entities in drafting contracts, negotiating contractual breaches, arbitrating labor disputes, workers compensation claims, property leasing and evictions, the acquisition and sale of both residential and commercial properties from the offer through closing. Through the Stavros Law Offices, Justin offers aggressive representation for our business clients in these and other complex areas of law and business.
Mr. Stavros obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois in 2004 and received his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Western Michigan Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 2007. In 2015 Mr. Stavros completed his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), graduating with high honors from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Mr. Stavros is a licensed member of the Illinois Bar and a Member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
