As lead attorney of the firm's Personal Injury division, Vincent handles claims arising from motor vehicle crashes, trucking and commercial vehicle collisions, premises liability, Medical Malpractice and other negligence matters. He works closely with medical providers and, when needed, coordinates with accident reconstruction professionals and other experts to develop a persuasive damages narrative and liability case.

Before joining Stavros Law Offices, Vincent served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Lake County, where he gained extensive courtroom experience prosecuting cases ranging from traffic matters to serious felonies. That extensive trial experience translates directly into personal injury litigation: knowing how to assemble a case file, evaluate evidence, prepare witnesses, and present a clear story that holds up under scrutiny—whether at deposition, mediation, or trial.

Vincent earned his bachelor's degree in Criminology from Northern Illinois University (2009) and his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. In law school, he was on the Dean's List each semester, coached mock trial teams, and worked with the Lake County State's Attorney's Office under an Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 license, gaining early experience arguing motions and examining witnesses.
